Cumberland, R.I. (April 10, 2013)—Alto Professional, the source for live performance reinforcement, has announced the TS115 Vibe, the latest addition the Truesonic lineup. Designed and tuned in the USA, the TS115 Vibe includes many of the features that have made the Truesonic line a success, plus the addition of a built-in media player.
As an active loudspeaker, the TS115 Vibe supplies 800 Watts of Class D digital power. The two-way speaker system features a 15" low-frequency driver matched to a 1" neodymium high-frequency transducer, delivering a balanced sound across the entire spectrum. Easy to transport, the lightweight cabinet design features recessed handles. The cabinets can be placed on the stage horizontally or vertically. As with all Truesonic models, the TS115 Vibe can be pole mounted or flown using integrated M10 rigging points.
“The TS115 Vibe is a valuable addition to our Truesonic line,†said Paul Gallo, Alto Professional Product Manager. “The inclusion of both a media player and the two-channel mixer offer the versatility needed for a number of real-world applications.â€
What truly makes the TS115 Vibe unique is the onboard solid-state media player. Equipped with an LCD screen, the media player is compatible with MP3, AAC, and WMA files; and displays both folder search and ID3 tags. Data can be read from either a USB drive, or from a microSD card. This powerful extra allows the TS115 Vibe to be a true stand-alone system. The TS115 Vibe media player can be used to play music between sets, to provide backing tracks as part of an event, or to add professional audio to any multi-media presentation.
The TS115 Vibe also offers on onboard two-channel mixer that can accept mic or line level inputs. Each channel features its own level control, and there is a master volume control as well. The balanced XLR output can be set to send the signal before or after (Pre or Post) the master volume. An EQ contour switch and a ground lift switch complete the list of professional features found in the TS115 Vibe.
