Select models of the EMPIRE series offer multiple discreet power sections that can be configured in a variety of ways, giving you the option of setting up your PA system just about any way you can think of. Pump serious watts into a subwoofer while providing ample power to a pair of mains, connect two separate pairs of full-range speakers, or drive a pair of big house mains with ease. No matter what your application calls for, there’s an EMPIRE mixer that can handle it.
Power that only sounds heavy
The EMPIRE series of mixers rely on Class D amplifiers to give them their thump. Class D amps are generally lighter than Class A and AB amplifier designs, which helps the EMPIRE series deliver a substantial amount of power without a substantial amount of weight.
Class D amps also do an excellent job of efficiently converting power into usable wattage without generating the type of heat associated with other designs. This helps the EMPIRE series maintain a compact footprint without the worry of mixer components failing over time due to excessive exposure to heat.
